Learn how to be healthy in Columbia

There are many ways to become more healthy living in Columbia. We have gone around and explored, and we put our results together in this page to make it easy for people to take our tips and transition into a healthier lifestyle.

 

We talked to different people and the ways they stay healthy. We followed:

 

  • the Columbia Track Club on their morning runs

  • an acrobatic yoga instructor

  • a Tai Chi instructor

  • a senior couple who play pickleball

  • a nutritionist

  • Clover's Market, a market that sells local foods

  • Main Squeeze, an organic and vegetarian restaurant

 

We chose to cover this topic because we love Columbia and we want to provide local residents with ways to stay healthy.  Eating right and exercising are key to a healthy lifestyle, but we want to localize those tips and make it easily accessible for residents.  We hope our website can provide easy ways to stay fit for different types of people.
