What's Qi Gong (氣功)?
Jeff Tarrant explores the idea of "qi" and how we can benefit from qi gong.
Tarrant is a licenced psychologist of MU Student Health Center who started to teach qi gong in 2012 at MU. Before that, he has been practicing qi gong for more than 10 years. He is also a tai chi student of Arthur Du.
Du is a tai chi master who brought the art of tai chi to Columbia in 2011. More than 150 people have learned tai chi from Du. With the rising “tai chi population,” Du said the entire community can embrace tai chi as a way of keeping balanced and healthy. View his personal website HERE.
