EATING RIGHT

To help you transition into a healthier diet, we have talked with people and places who directly work with healthy foods.

Tim Watring, a certified nutritionist, said eating small meals four to six times a day can help everyone eat healthier at home.

We are a team of seven people who sought out different ways people stay healthy in the city. We have interviewed people and put their stories together in this website.

We explored two dimensions of getting healthy and staying that way: eating right and exercising. To make it easier for you to find the places and people we talked to, we made a list of the places we went to and the times they are open.

Don't forget to watch our video of us going through a healthy day and participating in all the activities we found in Columbia! You can read about it here.
